Certified Document Translation Service Our Certified Document Translation service provides accurate, professionally prepared translations suitable for official purposes. We translate documents in over 150 languages for immigration, legal, educational, and formal submission requirements. How to Submit Your Documents Send a clear, legible scan or image of your document to admin@TheSheridanCo.com. In your email, specify the language your document is currently in and the language you need it translated into. Good quality scans are acceptable—you do not need to bring documents to our office for drop-off. Page Counting Documents are priced per page. Pages with printing on both sides count as 2 pages each, even if only a few words appear on each side. Each page must be properly and completely translated to issue a certificate. Delivery Options Choose digital delivery or in-office pick-up at no additional charge. Digital delivery is sent via email. In-office pick-up is available at our Oklahoma City location. If you need the documents mailed to you, choose domestic or international shipping at checkout. When you send your email with the documents, please include the address where you would like the documents sent. Turnaround Time Standard turnaround time is 4-7 business days. A 24-hour rush option is available for an additional fee. Weekends are not included in turnaround times. Certificate & Uses All translations come with a certificate of translation and are suitable for official submission, including immigration purposes, apostille processing, court filings, educational enrollment, and other formal requirements. If you would like your certificate notarized, please choose that option during the checkout process. Apostille Services If you need apostille service, we can provide that. Please let us know if you need the apostille before or after the translation. If apostille services are needed, we encourage you to reach out for a quote.
