Our In Office Notary service is designed for clients who prefer to visit our office for a convenient and professional notarization experience. We notarize a wide range of documents including Power of Attorney, Wills, Trust documents, Affidavits, Vehicle Titles, Real Estate documents, and more. If you are unsure whether your document requires notarization, please contact us before booking. Important Signer Requirements: All signers must be physically present at the time of notarization and must present a valid government issued photo ID. The name on the ID must match the name on the document. The signer must be aware, coherent, and able to communicate clearly. They must understand the document they are signing and must be willing to sign of their own free will. A notarization cannot proceed if the signer is under the influence of any substance or medication that impairs judgment. If your document requires witnesses, you are responsible for bringing your own qualified witnesses unless you have added the neutral witness service in advance. Witnesses must be at least 18 years old, possess valid identification, and cannot be related to the signer or have any interest in the document. Pricing: The base fee is $30, which includes one notarization. Each additional notarial act is $5 and will be collected at the time of your appointment. If you need documents printed, please add the printing service when booking and email your documents to Admin@TheSheridanCo.com prior to your appointment. Appointments are required to ensure availability and minimize wait times. If you have any questions about your documents or booking, we are happy to assist you before scheduling.

Booking Policy By booking an appointment with The Sheridan Company LLC and submitting the required deposit, you agree to the following booking policy. The Sheridan Company LLC offers in office notary services, mobile notary services to homes and businesses, and mobile notary services to hospitals, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities. All appointments are by appointment only. Each booking includes one notarization act. Additional notarization acts completed during the same appointment are $5 each, in accordance with Oklahoma law. A deposit is required to secure your appointment. In office appointments require a $15 nonrefundable deposit. Mobile appointments require a $25 nonrefundable deposit. Your deposit will be applied toward the total service fee, and the remaining balance is due at the appointment. Accepted payment methods include exact cash, credit or debit card, and Venmo. At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. If notice is given 24 hours or more in advance, the deposit may be applied to one future appointment scheduled within 30 days. If cancellation occurs with less than 24 hours’ notice, the deposit is forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook. If you do not appear for your appointment, the notary will wait up to 10 minutes past the scheduled time. After that, the appointment will be treated as a no show. The deposit will be forfeited, and the full service fee may apply. For mobile appointments, if the notary arrives and the client is unavailable, the travel fee and deposit are nonrefundable. All signers must present valid government issued photo identification at the appointment. If proper identification is not available, services may be declined. Deposits are nonrefundable, and any applicable travel fee remains due. All signers must be willing, aware, and mentally competent at the time of signing. The notary may refuse service if there is concern about capacity, willingness, or impairment. The Sheridan Company LLC provides notarial services only and does not provide legal advice, legal document preparation, or legal review. For hospital, nursing home, and assisted living appointments, services are subject to facility policies, staff direction, and the signer’s condition. If the appointment cannot be completed due to these factors, applicable travel fees still apply. By booking and paying your deposit, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
