Our In Office Notary service is designed for clients who prefer to visit our office for a convenient and professional notarization experience. We notarize a wide range of documents including Power of Attorney, Wills, Trust documents, Affidavits, Vehicle Titles, Real Estate documents, and more. If you are unsure whether your document requires notarization, please contact us before booking. Important Signer Requirements: All signers must be physically present at the time of notarization and must present a valid government issued photo ID. The name on the ID must match the name on the document. The signer must be aware, coherent, and able to communicate clearly. They must understand the document they are signing and must be willing to sign of their own free will. A notarization cannot proceed if the signer is under the influence of any substance or medication that impairs judgment. If your document requires witnesses, you are responsible for bringing your own qualified witnesses unless you have added the neutral witness service in advance. Witnesses must be at least 18 years old, possess valid identification, and cannot be related to the signer or have any interest in the document. Pricing: The base fee is $30, which includes one notarization. Each additional notarial act is $5 and will be collected at the time of your appointment. If you need documents printed, please add the printing service when booking and email your documents to Admin@TheSheridanCo.com prior to your appointment.
