Attorney Credibility Callout

Every Service on This Page Is Handled by a Licensed Mexican Attorney.

You are not working with a document preparation service. You are working with a legal professional authorized to practice law in Mexico. That distinction matters — and it is the foundation of every service we provide on this page.

OUR SERVICES

Dual Citizenship for American Children Born of a Mexican Parent
$650

If you were born in the United States and at least one of your parents was born in Mexico and holds a Mexican birth certificate, you may qualify for Mexican dual citizenship by descent — regardless of your age. This process is pursued by parents registering a young child, and equally by adults who are claiming their Mexican citizenship for the first time. This is one of the most meaningful legal steps a person can take, opening doors to education, travel, government services, and full legal recognition in Mexico.

Our licensed Mexican attorney manages the entire registration process, ensuring your documentation is correctly prepared, submitted, and processed.
