State and Federal
At The Sheridan Company, we offer comprehensive Apostille and Document Legalization services to ensure your public documents are recognized internationally. We provide Apostille services for Hague Convention countries at both the state and federal level, and document legalization for non-Hague countries. Whether you're moving abroad, starting a business overseas, or need to authenticate personal or legal documents for international use, we're here to simplify the process and ensure your documents meet all requirements for global recognition.
From the very beginning of my career, I have felt a strong calling to help others. Becoming a notary allowed me to turn that calling into a meaningful career, and I quickly realized my focus would be in estate planning. There is nothing more rewarding than visiting families in assisted living facilities and helping those with mobility challenges navigate important legal and personal matters with care and compassion.
Over time, my passion for helping people grew to include financial empowerment. I founded Sheridan Notary Services to provide personalized credit repair and credit restoration services in Oklahoma and Texas. Helping individuals and families recover their credit so they can achieve their financial dreams, whether it’s purchasing a home, qualifying for a vehicle loan, or gaining peace of mind, has become a central part of my work.
I believe that every person deserves access to guidance, support, and tools that help them reach their goals. My approach is personal and concierge-style, focusing on one-on-one attention, transparency, and creating strategies tailored to each individual’s unique situation. Whether I am assisting with estate planning or helping someone rebuild their credit, my goal is always the same: to empower people to take control of their future and make their dreams a reality.
At Sheridan Notary Services, I am proud to lead a team that shares this commitment, providing expert, compassionate, and trustworthy support to every client we serve.
What is an Apostille?
An Apostille is an official certificate issued to authenticate a public document. Under the Hague Convention of 1961, the Apostille simplifies the legalization of documents by allowing them to be recognized internationally in countries that are part of the Apostille Convention.
Public documents such as birth certificates, marriage licenses, court documents, diplomas, and notarial acts need to be authenticated before they can be used in foreign countries.
An Apostille certifies that the document has been verified by the appropriate authorities in the country of origin and is therefore valid for use abroad.
