Service Description

To ensure we provide exactly what you need, please use the add ons below to customize your service. This allows you to build a package tailored to your specific requirements. This service is for mobile notary appointments at hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and for individuals receiving hospice care. Important Signer Requirements: The patient or signer must present a valid government issued photo ID. The signer must be aware, coherent, and able to communicate clearly. They must understand the document they are signing and be willing to sign of their own free will. The signer cannot be under the influence of any substance or medication that alters their mental state or impairs their judgment at the time of notarization. Optional Services: Printing Services If you need documents printed, please add the printing service and specify the number of pages you need printed. Please email your documents to Admin@TheSheridanCo.com prior to your appointment so they can be prepared for printing. Neutral Witness If your notarization requires a neutral witness to be present and you do not have one available, please add this service. Each witness must be added separately. Booking Requirements: A non-refundable $25 deposit is required to schedule your appointment. This deposit secures your time slot and is applied toward your total service fee. Cancellation Policy: You may reschedule your appointment with more than 24 hours' notice. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit the deposit. Questions?
