Service Description

Need a document notarized but can't come to a notary or live out of state or country? Remote online notarization may be the best choice for you. This service helps clients who live outside of the state, country, or are on vacation. How It Works: Once you book the service, please make sure to email your document promptly to admin@TheSheridanCo.com for the fastest turnaround time. Once the document has been received, a session through the secure notary portal will be created and emailed to you. You must have a valid U.S. government-issued ID like a driver's license or passport. Once the signing is complete, a digital copy of the document is provided and sent to you immediately as a PDF to your email. Additional Services Available: Neutral Witness Service: If your document requires neutral witnesses and you don't have one, I will be happy to provide them for you. Please check the add-ons for that service. Physical Copy Printing & Shipping: If you would like a physical copy of the document, you can choose to have it printed and mailed to you as well. Booking & Cancellation Policy: This service is charged upfront and has a 24-hour cancellation policy. The cancellation fee is $25 for this service. When you cancel, if a refund needs to be issued, the $25 will be deducted from the refund. Questions?
